Welcome to INFINIUM369 — the premier Music Discovery & Booking Hub exclusively for AI Artists, DJs, Radio Stations, Playlist Curators and Event Organizers. By accessing or using our platform at www.infinium369.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before using our services.

1. About INFINIUM369

INFINIUM369 is a music discovery and booking intermediary platform operated by Plazza Invest LLC, Sherman Oaks, LA, CA 91403, United States. INFINIUM369 connects AI music artists with DJs, radio stations, playlist curators, and event organizers worldwide.

INFINIUM369 is not a streaming service, record label, music distributor, or publishing company. We do not sell, license, or commercially exploit music on behalf of any artist. We solely provide a platform for discovery, networking, and booking facilitation.

2. Eligibility & Account Registration

By using INFINIUM369 you confirm that:

You are at least 18 years of age
You have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements
All information you provide is accurate and truthful
You will keep your account information up to date

INFINIUM369 reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms without prior notice.

3. AI Music Only Policy

    IMPORTANT: INFINIUM369 is an exclusive platform for AI-generated music. Only music that is fully or substantially created using artificial intelligence tools is permitted on this platform.
  

By uploading music to INFINIUM369, you confirm and warrant that:

The music was generated using AI tools such as but not limited to Suno, Udio, Stable Audio, or similar AI music generation platforms
The music is 100% original and does not contain unauthorized samples, interpolations, or reproductions of copyrighted works
No copyrighted melodies, lyrics, beats or sound recordings from third parties have been incorporated without proper licensing
The music does not infringe on any trademark, copyright, or other intellectual property rights of any third party including Major Labels

4. Copyright & Intellectual Property

You, the Artist, retain full ownership of all music and content you upload to INFINIUM369. By uploading content, you grant INFINIUM369 a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, promote, and present your content on the platform for discovery purposes only.

STRICT PROHIBITION: The upload of any music that contains samples, covers, interpolations or any reproduction of works owned by third-party rights holders — including but not limited to Universal Music Group, Sony Music, Warner Music Group, or any other record label, publisher, or rights organization — is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination.

INFINIUM369 respects intellectual property rights and complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and applicable EU copyright law. We will respond promptly to valid copyright infringement notices.

5. DMCA & Copyright Infringement Reporting

If you believe that content on INFINIUM369 infringes your copyright, please send a written notice to:

Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed

6. Platform as Intermediary

INFINIUM369 acts solely as a neutral intermediary and facilitator between AI artists and music industry professionals. We do not:

Control, edit, or take responsibility for user-uploaded content
Guarantee bookings, playlist placements, or any business outcomes
Act as an agent, manager, or representative of any artist
Stream, distribute, or commercially exploit music on behalf of artists

Any agreements reached between Artists, DJs, Radio Stations, or Event Organizers through INFINIUM369 are solely between those parties. INFINIUM369 is not a party to such agreements.

7. User Conduct

All users of INFINIUM369 agree not to:

Upload copyrighted music without proper ownership or licensing rights
Misrepresent the origin or AI-generated nature of uploaded music
Harass, abuse, or threaten other platform users
Use the platform for any illegal purpose
Attempt to hack, disrupt, or damage the platform infrastructure
Create fake profiles or misrepresent your identity
Spam other users with unsolicited commercial messages

8. Membership & Payments

INFINIUM369 offers optional membership plans for enhanced features. All payments are processed securely through authorized third-party payment processors. Membership fees are:

Charged in advance for the selected period
Non-refundable unless required by applicable law
Subject to change with 30 days advance notice to members

INFINIUM369 does not hold, manage, or transfer artist earnings. Any booking fees or payments between users are handled directly between the parties involved.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

INFINIUM369 is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

We make no guarantees regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content uploaded by users, including artist profiles, music descriptions, or booking information.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Plazza Invest LLC and INFINIUM369 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

Copyright infringement claims resulting from user-uploaded content
Loss of revenue, bookings, or business opportunities
Unauthorized access to your account or data
Any disputes between platform users
